About this wine
Seneca Lake, New York. Blaufrankisch. Natural. A poppy, electric, almost Alpine expression of Blau. Aromatics of strawberry, white pepper, and a whiff of smoke in a chuggable, chillable 11% alcohol package. Hand harvested. Aged in 70% stainless steel and 30% neutral demi-muid for 8 months with sulfur added after malolactic fermentation and before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.
