D.O. protected Brandy de Jerez produced from 100% Airen grapes. Single distilled in accordance with Brandy de Jerez solera reserve D.O. Aged for 3 years in ex-Amontillado sherry casks made from American oak using the traditional solera system.
Light amber in color, with vanilla, toasted wood, and orange marmalade aromas wafting from the bottle; the spirit is bone dry and smooth on the palate, with a long and nutty finish. 40% ABV.
